We want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help with returns and exchanges.

30-Day Return Window

We offer a full 30-day return window from the date of delivery for all eligible items.

Returns must be initiated within this timeframe to qualify for a full refund.

Return Conditions

Items must be returned in their original condition:

• Unused and undamaged
• In original packaging
• Includes all accessories and documentation
• Gift items included

Return Shipping

Customer responsibility: Return shipping costs are covered by the customer unless the item was damaged or defective.

Refunds are processed after inspection of returned items.

Refund Processing

Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 2-7 business days after we receive and inspect your return.

You'll receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.

Exchanges & Store Credit

We offer store credit for exchanges with a personalized code issued upon return processing.

Store credit never expires and can be used for any future purchase.

2-Year Warranty

All products include a 2-year warranty covering manufacturing defects and material issues.

Excludes: Normal wear, misuse, damage from alterations, or accidental damage.

EU Right of Withdrawal

If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.

Withdrawal period The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day you (or a third party indicated by you) receive the last item of your order. If the withdrawal period ends on a weekend or public holiday, it is extended to the next working day.

How to exercise your right of withdrawal To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by submitting a return request through your account, or by contacting us at [your contact email]. You may use our self-serve return portal available in your customer account.

Effects of withdrawal Once we receive your returned items, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs, without undue delay and no later than 14 days. We will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction.

You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods unless otherwise stated.
