Return & Exchange Policy:

30-Day Return Window: Enjoy the flexibility of returning your Vega Ring for a full refund within 30 days of receiving your order.
Conditions for Returns: To qualify for a return, please ensure your ring is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging, including any accompanying gifts.
Return Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We will gladly refund the full cost of the item upon receipt and inspection.
Refunds: After a thorough inspection, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method. Please allow 2–7 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
Exchanges: If you wish to exchange your ring for a different style, we offer store credit. Upon receipt of your return, a personalized credit code will be issued.

Warranty:

Vega Ring comes with a 2-year warranty covering material or craftsmanship defects under normal use. The warranty does not cover damage caused by accidents, misuse, wear and tear, or unauthorized alterations.
